Quick Facts

Who are these events for?
These events are open to all South Carolina families, including SCVCS enrolled families, families who have applied and are awaiting approval, and those interested in learning more about the SCVCS community and online school experience. If you're coming to a baseball game, please plan on wearing green so that our group stands out among the crowd! We want everyone at the stadium to know who SCVCS is so that we can spread the good news and information about our school.

How many people may attend?
Space is limited at these fun events, and we expect them to fill up fast! It's important that you register immediately to secure your spot, since tickets will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have friends or family members who are interested in online schooling with SCVCS, encourage them to register for one of these events!

What happens if I'm unable to pre-register?
Not to worry—you can still join us! Families who aren't able to pre-register can visit with SCVCS families and representatives at the gate price at all baseball games and the Riverbanks Zoo.

Anything special I should know?
On-site check-in for each event will begin 60 minutes before start time. Tickets will be distributed to pre-registered families on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's important to get there early. We can't guarantee admission or tickets to families who do not pre-register.

With the exception of the August 24 Myrtle Beach Pelicans game (where kids 12 and under eat free) and the September 1 Greenville Drive game (where attendees receive a souvenir cup with one free drink), families should plan on making arrangements for meals and refreshments, as these events will not feature food or refreshments.
