The Minnesota Virtual Academy (MNVA) and K¹² are pleased to invite you to a very special Innovation in Education Showcase. You'll learn about the latest educational opportunities MNVA has to offer, and witness the next big step at MNVA: we're now offering the ninth grade K¹² program!

This event features:
  • A presentation by MNVA principal
    Angela Specketer
  • Discussions about the K¹² curriculum
    for K-8 students
  • An introduction to MNVA's new ninth grade
    program for 2007-2008
  • A glimpse of what a typical day
for an MNVA ninth grader will be like!
This last Showcase of the enrollment season will conclude with a panel discussion featuring an enrolled family, and highlight the realities and rich rewards of an online education.

Families are encouraged to visit the museum and all its exhibits for the duration of the afternoon!

The Museum has five permanent exhibition halls covering topics of paleontology, physical sciences and technology, the human body, peoples and cultures, and the Mississippi River.
